Sofa Beds

Do all of the DVC resorts have the new type of sofa beds with out the bar in the middle like the ones at SSR ?

No, but many of the older units are replacing the old ones with new ones as they refurb. I believe most of OKW now has the new ones. I don't know about BWV or teh others.

When we stayed in the BWV last Labor Day weekend- our studio had the new sofa bed. WE LOVED IT!!

When I was at BCV last month, the studio had the old style sofa bed, complete with bar in the middle.

Oh I can't wait to be at BWV soon, to check out the sofa bed. No, I'm not going to be sleeping on it, but I want to see what the fuss is about with these new ones. We have 3 rooms booked, and I figure one of them will hopefully have the new sort!

I think so too, but I encountered an old (bad shape) sofa bed in bldg 34 this August. I emailed MS and they thanked me and said they would forward my email to the appropriate dept. Our stays at OKW during the past two years we had the new (non bar) type sofa beds.
Also, we just stayed at VWL a week ago or so. It was different than the new ones at OKW, but much better than the old bar type.

The new beds at the BW and BC are not the same kind as the ones at SSR. I have heard both are comfortable but they are different.
