I just call everything coke. I guess I inherited from my mom being from Memphis. She does the same thing, so do the people in Memphis. I could never be a waiter up here.

Customer: I'd like a coke
Me: What kind of coke would you like?
Customer: Regular
Me: What kind of regular coke
Customer: I just said
Me: Umm... no you didn't
Customer: But-
Me: Just tell me what kind of Coke you want!
Customer: That's it, we're leaving.

Soda.
My stepmom who is from Chicago says pop.

I like how if you go to a certain area they have certain ways of calling stuff...like in North Jersey we call Pork Roll "Taylor Ham". And you go to the Midwest they call Soda "Pop"

My friends think I'm weird.

When ordering I say Coke, Sprite, Pepsi, etc.

But when I am referring to all of those drinks, they are all Cokes!
