Soccer At ESPN Club?

I'm traveling with my boyfriend who is an avid soccer fan. Ie. He never misses any of his teams games... Does anyone know if there is anyplace in WDW, (I figure ESPN club would be the best bet) where they actually show soccer games on tv?

Typically they don't show them on regular tv...

To be quite honest, even though I've been to ESPN a lot, I don't remember ever seeing soccer on TV there.

Unfortunately I wouldn't count on it.

What kind of soccer are you referring to? US Soccer, like the New England Revolution? English Premier League? Italian Serie A?

If it is a HUGE international match, like Man U vs Arsnenal---and there is nothing else (baseball, NFL, NBA, Nascar, NHL) on at that time---then you might get lucky. Other than that, I'd say chances are slim.

I would call actually bc even if it isnt something they would have tuned on they should have the ability to put it on and can change a tv by where you are sitting to the game.

If its English Premier league, maybe try the Raglan Road Irish pub at Pleasure Island, or if you have a car /staying off site there are Some English Pubs in the area that will have it on for sure.

It's EPL & MLS actually. He's OBSESSED. He's also a beer snob. He likes his British pub ales so I hope we can find some of those...

We'll check Ragland Road for sure. But I have a feeling we'll be setting the Tivo for all the stuff he absolutely HAS to see... he'll probably go through withdrawal symptoms for the first day or so of the trip...lol

Wow... that looks great. They have his favorite beer (Boddingtons) which they never have, anywhere... he'll be psyched.

If they have soccer on...he'll probably never want to leave. haha
