Both screens are in dire need of help and that was supposed to have already happened this year. Apparently there was an issue with the new projectors they planned to purchase. So it was delayed.

Actually, it is supposed to be an entirely new film when they get everything put in, but yes the projectors seem to be the issue at the moment.

They has the recently filming for the new soarin' video a couple months back. Rumor has it they will be updating the projectors and film

The ride in SHOULD be called Soarin' Over California at EPCOT too. We are lazy and do like shortening things though.

Hopefully this is the case. The original is so perfect. I would hate to see it go away.
