The ride vehicles do not move anywhere near as mcuh, the wind and smell effects are MUCH lighter, and the queue area is SO lacking the proper theming that the ride deserves. Even on our trip last August, cast members were saying how the ride was rushed to opening for the 50th avviversary, and for months there were tons of technical problems that forced a lot of closings.
Wife and I are leaving tomorrow for WDW for 10 days, and Soarin' will only be done via a FastPass. It was a shame that the ride was not done 1/2 as well as it's California counterpart.

Don't you think throwing a fit just because you did not enjoy a ride would have been a little over the top? Anyhow to each his own, we absolutely LOVE Soarin'.

I rode it in Caluifornia Adventure a few years ago, and I think it works better there because you are in California and on Disney property. It would be better with a Florida movie, but it is still great.
