Soarin' FP+ availability 60 days out...

Situation - Staying onsite a few days in Sept, considering a 1-day hopper ticket on a Sunday, we are WDW vets, and Soarin' is our #1 priority of all attractions for the day. So, we want to FP+ it - likely 5pm or after.

Question - with the updates, how hard has it been to obtain FP+ for Soarin' at 60 days? I know Frozen would be a minimal to an if any likelihood - and wondering if it's been the same for Soarin'?

The presence of Frozen should actually make Soarin' easier to get since they are both Tier 1 choices. Most people doing both will FP Frozen and try to do Soarin' via standby.

You will not have any issues getting Soarin at 60 days out. It wasn't an attraction that "sold out" two months out, there haven't even been any real problems at the 30-day window either. Disney also added a third theater, which added significant capacity to the attraction.

No. I just booked a last minute business trip to Orlando. Since, I'm a AP holder, I will stop by WDW while there. I was able to get a FP+ to Soarin less than 30 days out.

standby line for soarin last week was shorter than FP...walked right to the point where the two merged

Soarin has never been hard to get. You'll have no issue getting it when you book

I don't think you will have any problem at all. I've just looked up FP+ availability for August 8 which is 30 days out and all the following times came up:

Thanks - this is the very thing I was wondering about. I didn't know with the new show how in demand it would be. I've been watching the standby line wait times each day, and clearly, the 3rd theater has helped.

I just booked 60 day fps yesterday and had no issues getting anything including soarin, 7dmt, frozen, etc. The only thing that was unavailable was jungle book but I assume that is because they are in limbo and haven't announced if that will still be available then. Currently AK closes at 8pm for our trip.

I'm in the same boat for Jungle Book / RoL. We're at 60 days tomorrow but the show is only listed through 9/5.

Because it's only fair that we should plan our vacation 6 months in advance right down to the menu of our lunch but don't worry about letting us know what show will be available and open in 50ish days!

Tons of FP+ availability and stand by wait times in the evening have even been under 30 min.

I just got a Soarin' FP about a half hour ago for noon tomorrow! Pleasantly surprised.
