So the DW & i spent the day at Epcot and we got lucky enough to be the 1st ones to get into the park at rope drop, we ran to Soarin' since we had found out they had disabled the FP+ for the ride and since it had been a little while since we rode the ride, we wanted to get on it fairly quickly since we had anticipated a long wait time later in the day ( after 12 the wait times climbed to over 60+ minutes stand by )
So we get in line and wait to enter , pretty standard , but once the seats rose into the screen and the ride started i noticed the screen had stains on it and the squares on the screen were very noticeable, so much so that it looked more like a movie circa 1989.
Has anyone else noticed the lack of "care " being taken , or should i say my perception of lack of " care " by Disney standards?
I would have thought by now with the growing popularity of HD technology , Disney would have implemented an HD version of the film for the ride?
This year we decided to be AP holders , but with the growing price of admission and what seems to be a lack of standards, it may very well be our last.
Just curious if anyone else noticed the screen in what looks to be " disrepair" .
Thank you Mouse fans !
