Well, the weather for our vacation (May 18-22) isn't looking so hot right now and I was just curious as to how bad does the weather have to be for SOA to get canceled? Will it go on with just a little rain or does it have to be monsooning? Does anyone have experience with this?

Can't help with the actual question but would suggest you don't put any stock in a forecast this far in advance....

It rained when we were there and the show went on - as with most rainstorms in FLA it was hard but didn't last long. I doubt they have many cancellations. They also have some play as the show doesn't take as long as the whole dining experience.

. . . temps at or below 40º cancels more shows than rain
. . . but, it doesn't have to be that bad

. . . a steady rain will cancel the show
. . . usually a misty rain will not cancel
. . . the question is whether the actors can handle the props
. . . and, if footing is safe

Does anyone have experience with this?
. . . this happens more than people think

NOTE:
. . . The show can be canceled up to 2-hours before time.
. . . If canceled, the costs are refunded in the same way paid (CC, cash, DDP).
. . . However, they do not make another ressie for you.
. . . You are on your own for dinner.

I know I shouldn't put much into the forecast (because it's already changed since I posted) but thanks for the info! I definitely want to make sure I'm aware of the circumstances just in case. Hopefully it all works out!:cool1:
