So you want to know what happened to Sir Ed and his loin cloth?

Many of you have asked what happened to Ed and his loin cloth at the AK event. So I thought I would be the one to share the embarrasing story. Unfortunately for Ed, the story did not end as he would like. Fortunately for you, it was ALL documented on film to help give you, the reader, a better picture of the events that led to .......what will now be termed :

This is the story as told to me by these CM's (you can see one of them was illustrating part of it when this picture was taken):

Apparently Ed showed up at MGM with his little loin cloth on and NOTHING ELSE! He was just flitting around the whole park almost naked. Many of the other guests were appaulled! Some wanted their picture with them as did this group of girls, posing in front of R&R waiting for Ed to 'hop" up there and have his picture with them:

Some people watched in awe as Ed moved around the park oblivious that every one was staring. Some just looked on and LAUGHED such as these two happy pin trading people:

As the day progressed EVERYONE was staring at ED. Stopping in their tracks to look "at the man in the Tarzan get-up" By mid afternoon, people just lined the street sitting anywhere they could to get a glimpse of him, You'd have thought there was a parade or something:

Well all of the excitement soon came to an end when Disney Security forced Ed to put his clothes on AND THEN they arrested him:

Donna and Mean Laureen were able to coax them to eventually let him go without charges by offering them some tasteecakes and a handful of videos featuring "the best of Barney Fife."

And who would like to tell us the moral of the story?

I don't believe a word of it. I know Raul and he is a much tougher guy than that ED. He would have worn the loincloth all day despite the crowds. Ed, tell the truth, there is a little "Sybil" in you and you were able to supress that guy Raul for the day. But don't worry, I am going to make sure you dress the part of a male boa brigader for the cruise. Peggie

You know, one of my dreams has always been to make a pin event, to hang with all you illustrious folks in WDW.........but after reading these stories..........YOU SCARE ME!

Not sure what frightens me more: the Boas, the Loin cloth or that flame of red hair!!!!!!

You see what happens when you loose your camera and let me go get it for you.

The moral of the story Mean Laureen was close.

When you loose your camera, and I offer to go get it for you... be afraid be very afraid... I always have a plan up my sleeve.

Good story though, but the girls at R&R were getting ready to do the we love Raul cheer. See and you all didn't believe me about the Brazilian girls now did you... here's proof they exist.

The officer and I had a little misunderstanding that's all; make a big deal why don't ya.

The parade was in honor of Mean Laureen being promoted to goddess of the boards.

The cast member was showing the correct two fingers Disney pointing style when pointing at a female cast member's chest.

And Mean Laureen showing a newbie cast member pin trader, as she put it "how to hold your darn lanyard so I can see your freakin pins"
