I'm not sure... Maybe she's at work or doing family type stuff. I was just waiting for my direct deposit to show up in my checking account :lmao: Heading to bed shortly :)

I feel like Cinderella. My coach does not turn into a pumpkin at midnight, but I can always count on my cp getting rid of all the posts from the previous day. It is like clockwork. Is this really only happening to me? Since 12-21-11, the only post that stayed was one post to my trip report.

Thanks for the tip of subscribing without emails. I am about to do that, so I do not have to keep finding these threads the hard way.

I subscribed and I got a few alerts and now I dont get any. Hope everyone feels better today.

Hi everybody!

kmedina - I am also a headache/migraine sufferer and have been for almost 30 years. Mine often hit in the morning too and can start as sinus type headaches or be triggered by weather changes or fragrance/smells. Those imitrex type meds never helped me because the rebounds were almost as bad the original headache plus I could often feel the migraine pounding in the background. I have lived on pain meds for years as the drug of choice....:3dglasses and avoiding the known triggers. And my doctors are always testing my liver functions. Now I actually need the pain meds for other physical stuff so I guess I'm killing "many birds" with one stone so to speak.

Moving on to birds - we have a big problem with geese in all the parking lots here at work and all the local lakes in our metro area. Here's an excerpt from our company newsletter you might enjoy!

GEESE POLICE
Goose Control at XXXXX, February 2012

Over the past several years, interactions on our campus between all types of area wildlife and XXXXX personnel have increased significantly. Of concern is the continued growth of the goose population. The geese have been aggressive in the past.

To provide for staff safety in the most humane manner possible, XXXXX has contracted again this year with a vendor, Geese Police. Geese Police use specially trained Border Collies to persuade the geese to move elsewhere. The Border Collies' stalking techniques are considered by the geese as predatory, and it is this natural perception that causes the geese to eventually relocate. The use of Border Collies is an environmentally friendly solution because the dogs never touch or harm the geese, and no pesticides are used. Geese Police techniques are approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. Both the Humane Society of the United States and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) recommend the company's services.

Geese Police will visit our campus every day at varying times from the middle of February through the end of June. If you encounter a Geese Police team, please refrain from interacting with the team in any way while it is working.

Because I live and work in the county directly north of Washington, DC we have to be extremely politically correct and (no-judgement here) but the PETA people drive everybody crazy over every little possible thing.

In the huge, planned community I live right outside of and drive through every day, the geese cross the major roads constantly and do cause accidents (but when the goslings trot behind them I have to admit they are adorable).

But at work, I'm much more concerned about stepping into what the geese leave behind! :scared1:

That's all folks! Have a wonderful day or night!
