I have messages that 'hard drive failure is imminent'. Laptop is about 4 years old. I'm gonna set up on the new laptop.

We've called a computer doctor and Dell. The computer doctor reckons that the Dell offer is a good one (they are offering us an extended warranty for $). We're just checking up on one component of the offer and if it is true, we're probably gonna get Dell out to look at the old laptop.

If we can extend the life of it, we will. Nothing wrong with it....still very useable.

Lasting from the united club lounge.
Not wildly exciting but I bought the one time access pass for $35 to see what it's like.
Food and beverage is snacks (shortbread and crackers and carrot sticks) and then juice drinks, soda and alcohol.

It's good for someone traveling alone as using a restroom with all your carry on is a nightmare. So this makes it a bit easier.
It's nothing like the travellers lounge at hong kong. No showers etc.
But. It's quieter and calmer.

Going to the gate soon. My flight is delayed dud to late arrival of the aircraft.
Always fun.
But. My Wombat will be waiting for me at the other end.

The cake itself is yellow and is filled with a chocolate ganache. The frosting is all frosting left over from my cake class It was basically mega-frosting and done in a way that looks like tie-dye, since I just didn't really care about how it looked. The writing on the cake is also the ganache. I have about a cup and a half of it left over.

These are also yellow cake with a chocolate ganache filling. The frosting is this really really insane pink (I was trying to make red frosting, but it didn't work out too well ) and the roses were supposed to be on the cake I made for my parents, but there wasn't enough room. I also put some silver sprinkles on the cupcakes and candy hearts. I did those before I did the roses.

Love the colour. Was it the only one of offer?

They had a silver one, but my mom and I preferred the red one. She loves red and I just thought it was prettier than the silver

Thanks! We ended up scraping most of the frosting off the cake (the cupcakes are for a party I'm going to tomorrow afternoon) because there was just way too much of it there. I honestly wasn't trying to make it pretty, aside from the roses
