So who is going this November???

We will be at BWV from the 5th to the 13th!

This is our 6th year going in November--obviously, our most favorite time! We have learned to pack for all types of weather as it has greatly varied over the years. But imho, it is all good!

We'll be there Nov 17-26. First 3 nts in BLT studio, next 6 nts in BCV 1BR. We have gone at this same time every year (except last year and now we're really aching to get back to the World, let me tell you).

Crowds are not at all bad for the beginning part of our stay and as other posters have said, gradually build up the week of Thanksgiving. But, honestly, we've never found them terribly bad even the end of Tkg week. And, generally speaking, the weather is Fabulous!

One of our favorite memories was going to sleep at AKV-Jambo in a room overlooking the lobby and waking up in the morning to the whole place decorated for Christmas! Had no clue any of that was going on--truly magical

We have become total slaves to this plan--we do our last 6 nts in a 1BR at one of our home resorts (alternate BCV and AKV) and then try for a studio @ 7 months for the first 3 nights at some new place--it's a neat way to check out the other resorts and still have our 1BR to settle into for the majority of the vacation!

Now I just have to get us a flight home the Sat after Tkg!! Do this every year, and just tell DH: "we might not come back."

If I remember correctly from last year, BCV decorated for Christmas on the Wednesday night the week before Thanksgiving. So, that same night this year would be the 16th; meaning you wouldn't actually see anything until the morning of the 17th.

However, we have a picture from two years ago taken on Tuesday of that week and it was already decorated. That would be Tuesday the 15th this year, which is your arrival date, meaning they decorated Monday night.

I would assume it'll be decorated within a day of your arrival.

funny, we are at Kidani the 10th-14th and BCV the 14th-20th. Just stayed at Jambo, first time at AKV, but didn't make it over to Kidani. We're very excited.

This is our 1st strip during the Christmas season! Very excited! I hope to see alot of decorations!!! We are staying at CBR! We enjoyed our 07 stay there!!! Just can't wait!!!!

We'll be at AKV Nov.9-17. This will be our first trip in Nov., but we've enjoyed past trips in Oct. and Dec. We enjoy the resort as much, if not more than the parks, but we are hoping the parks won't be too crowded.

We are going November 26 - December 3... this will be our first time as DVC owners (we're staying at AKV - Kidani Savannah View), first time in November, first time to see Christmas decorations! So excited!

Since our first time in November (and actually later in the month), wondering if anyone can tell us how the swimming will be at that time of year? I understand the pools are all heated, and my DS is all about the pools - he literally could spend the week at the pool and still be happy!

We'll be at BCV from 11/17 - 11/21, and then at SSR until 11/27. We leave on our first cruise on the Disney Dream on the 27th.
