We arrive on Christmas Day, we leave Boston at noon and have a two hour layover in Raleigh Durham airport, Christmas dinner in an airport, now how often have I been able to say that. Never. What an adventure!

This will be the first trip without our son (who will be on a vacation of his own that week). We will be at the Yacht Club Dec 19th - 24th. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

Will be there Dec 18-28 at POP. This is our first Christmas at WDW. We have always gone in the summer and sometimes around the 4th of July. We didn't mind the crowds then and we are hoping that the week leading up to Christmas, the crowds will not be unbearable. We can't wait!!!!!!!!

can we say NOVEMBER!!!! ughhh i cant take it anymore!!!!!.....its time to get out the suitcases and start thinking about what to pack..but this time of year is soo iffy down there....well we got the transportation to and from the airport so that is done....oh ..now we wait....and boy havent we all waited a long long time...soon enough we will all be decking the halls and fa la la la las!!!

So sad for me. We were going for our first Florida Christmas but then our kids had to cancel, couldn't be gone that long.
The guys were going to go to US/IOA and the girls to DW during the day and then we'd all be together in the evenings. We bought 2 bonus passes to US/IOA and 13 QC Vouchers. The bonus passes are good forever but the vouchers expire 5/31/05. Hope we can get there before May, I'd hate to be stuck with them.

I can't believe I started this thread in February and here we are already! Actually, we're starting to mentally pack and with Christmas being involved in our trip, it might make things a little more hectic. We just bought a 3 ft prelit tree today to ship to the resort or bring on the plane. We also bought some Pooh and Friends Holiday window clings for our resort windows.

We're not sure what else we'll do to decorate for the holidays since it's our first XMAS away from home. Fortunately, 2 out of the 3 kids are informed about Santa Claus, so it makes life a little easier. The 3rd is only 2 1/2, so she really could care less about traditional Christmases.

Can't wait-we're getting closer!

I cant wait! My DH and kids are really starting to count down now. I am getting my lists together and thinking that I may take the kids Xmas stockings to give them there. I informed them all last year when we decided to go that we would not be doing the traditional gift giving thing this Xmas and they were good with that. I know that we will be buying them a whole bunch of stuff there so that will make up for it. I want to get some window clings for the room though and I think the stockings would be good.

I can't pack yet as it is a surprise for the kiddies and I don't want them to know until the day. I feel like I should be doing something though.

It looks like we will have to reschedule our 2004 Holiday trip .
Both dds have busy schedules for their athletic teams; one basketball tournament and one hockey tournament. I should have known. I hesitate to take down my countdown because we are talking about the possibility an abbreviated 4 day trip.

i have started to pack!!!..got the kids stuff out that is for the warmer days that they cant wear here now cause it is too dag on cold!!! ...they are so excited..they wanted to throw all kinds of stuff in the suitcases.....i cant believe it is already time to get packing.....oh geesh....i am starting to hyperventilate....i gotta go take a pill....ha ha ha ha
