So who fills YOUR Christmas stocking?

Gosh, I don't remember the last time my stocking was filled. And I stopped filling DH's about the time the kids came along. Now only our 2 DDs receive stockings from Santa.

But DH always outdoes himself on gifts. Christmas, Birthday, Valentine's Day, Anniversary, Mother's Day, etc. I'm a very lucky lady :flower: .

I was curious, though, who gets the stocking goodies at YOUR house? Do you fill your own stocking?
DH and I(mostly I do the shopping) fill the kids..I fill my husbands and he fills mine, it's always been that way. My favorite part of Christmas morning is the stockings!
:teeth:

My DH was raised Jahovas Witness and I've had to train him how to shop for gifts at all, so I don't expect much in the way of stocking stuffers from him. Some years, DH doesn't get me any stocking stuffers and some years, I find one or two extras in my stocking.

But I always make sure that Santa leaves lots of goodies in each of our stockings, regardless of DH's shopping ability. Usually Santa leaves me refills for my Day Planner and stretch gloves. I've also gotten new books, scratch Lotto tickets, candy, slippers, headphones for the telephone... I never get anything fancy or expensive, but little things that I've been wanting seem to show up in my stocking. :goodvibes

My dh always fills mine and I fill his. We both pick out stuff to put in dd11's stocking.
His parents always do a stocking for us as a couple - usually pretty practical things like batteries, mittens, etc..very thoughtful stuff!
I am pretty lucky!

I fill everyone's stocking but my own. DH does mine and he usually puts the same things in it every year but it is the thought that counts. :goodvibes My brother lives with us and my niece comes on Christmas in the afternoon and they always get a stocking filled too. My best friend fills everyone's stockings at her house and even though her DH was very sweet and thoughtful her DD told me one year that her mom didn't have one and I was shocked. So that year I went out and bought her a stocking and put her name on it and filled it up and snuck it over to their house and told her DD to hang it up for me on Christmas morning. I have been filling her stocking every year since. Her DH has since passed away. She loves Disney too so when I took my mom to the airport the other day I stopped at the Disney Store and got antenna balls, pens, keychains, magnets, etc. from the Disney Store for my friend's stocking. I love the stockings. That is what I have the kids open first thing in the morning especially if they get up before us. It kept them happy until a reasonable time on Christmas morning. ::MickeyMo

DH fills my stocking. I fill everyone elses. It never fails that DH puts hooker red nail polish and lipstick in my stocking EVERY year. I have a stockpile of that stuff. If anyone is in need of hooker red please let me know!

Maybe he's trying to drop hints about some secret fantasy of his???

I hadn't even thought about his, but I guess I'll be filling my own this year - I separated from DH (and the D no longer stands for Dear!) this year. I'd leave it empty, but I don't want the kids to wonder why Santa didn't bring anything for Mommy's stocking. A good excuse to buy some things for myself!

My dh fills my stocking a Christmas. He puts some really nice things in there too. Godiva chocolates, maybe a CD, pretty hairties. Little stuff that he sees and thinks I might like!!

I get 3 stockings! One from DBF, one from my mom and one from DBF's parents. I must be a very good girl throughout the year to deserve 3! lol :)
