So, where do you use your Disney Reward Dollars?

I intend to pay for my trip in full next time we go. In 22months time I've accumulated 1031 disney dollars as of last months statement, I was able to build because they continually gave me the 3-5x reward offers and I used it for everything. Lately they quite with the offers so I'm converting back to cash for a while to see if they'll try luring me back with another.
I recently recived an offer to open a Disney card with the 200 free at 1st purchase offer but already have a card, has anyone ever opened a second one to get the points?
