do they charge your credit card then or do they wait til the day that you are scheduled to dine? Just trying to decide whether to put it on my debit or credit card...

I know CRT charges when you book. There might be a few more, but for the most part it's when you eat.

Chef Mickey's charged the day we dined there. Princess Storybook in Norway asked for a credit card to make the reservation, but then we actually paid when we ate there.

The only character dining that charges in full at booking is CRT (all meals). Akershus asks for a credit card number as a guarantee. They will charge a set fee if you don't show up.

I'm sure this has been asked and answered before...

Since they charge you at booking for CRT, does the charge cover the tip?

TIA!!

What if you're on the Dining Plan? Do you tell them that when you make your reservation? We're taking our first trip on the Dining Plan and I'm making reservations tomorrow. Thanks!!

CRT price includes the tip (even on the dining plan).
