DAK is kind of LARGE (by far the largest park at WDW), and you didn't say WHERE the construction is that you are asking about.

BUT...

If its the construction sitting between EE and Dinoland, (where "Tarzan Rocks" used to be) its the new enclosed theater for "Finding Nemo, the Musical" set to open this fall.

Yep- That's the only construction I know about right now. I've seen some construction pictures on all ears.

Yes, I saw this last month and they are really coming along on it. I would like to know.

If by "like to know" you mean what is it...

Its the new theater for "Finding Nemo, the Musical", scheduled for opening in the Fall of this year.

There is also supposed to be some constuction in Asia around the Chandari Chicken Shop, I remember reading somewhere they are working on a new restaurant, I hope they are finally buiding a table service restaurant inside AK. Anybody know anything?

Gotta love GOOGLE! ...

? The park contains only one table-service restaurant, a Rainforest Cafe located just outside the main entrance (also accessible from inside the park). An Asian-themed table-service restaurant operated by Landry's Restaurants is scheduled to open in 2007.

FEBRUARY 2006

2/27/06: Two new restaurants are coming to Walt Disney World! An Asian restaurant will debut in the Village of Anandapur in Animal Kingdom's Asia in Summer 2007. It will offer both table and counter service dining options, as well as house retail space with Asian-inspired merchandise, such as sushi plates and fine teapots.

In early 2008, Downtown Disney will sport a new themed dining experience -- T-Rex: A Prehistoric Family Adventure, A Place to Eat, Shop, Explore and Discover®. The restaurant will be home to life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, a dig site and much more. The table service restaurant will feature waterfalls and geysers, and, as the name indicates, there will also be a retail shop.

The opening dates of both new restaurants, which will be operated by the Rainforest Cafe's Landry's Restaurants, are subject to change.
