Rice with some beef curry, oriental ramen noodle salad, and some sliced pineapples for dessert.

Ice tea to drink.

Today is just a ham and swiss sandwich with some baby carrots.

I have some watermelon too, but I don't think I can wait until lunch for that.

I have either popcorn or yogurt for my 3:00 snack.

Low Fat PB & Honey on whole wheat, a sugar free jello cup and 1 oz. of those new Quaker Baked Snack Fries. Afternoon snack (between 3:00 & 4:00 is string cheese).

skipping lunch,, unless you count tasting the tomatoes as i work with them,, i'm really going to start blanching skins off 5 gallons of fresh ripe tomatoes this afternoon

Lean Cuisine Mac and Beef and an apple. Too healthy, I know. I usually take a meal and a fruit with me for lunch - just easy and no dishes to wash!!

Leftovers from Mom's party yesterday. Probably a BBQ hamburger and some watermelon.

We'll have the salads, chicken and pie leftovers for dinner.

I had a turkey sandwich and a tomato salad. I made the salad with two different colored tomatoes. I like the yellow, they taste less acidic.

Probably just some cereal. We seriously need to hit the grocery store tonight. We have a few boxes of hamburger helper, 1 package of onion soup mix, peanut butter, cereal, a can of baked beans, and some mashed potatoes.

The fridge doesn't look a whole lot better either! Soooo...the kids are having bologna sandwiches on tortilla shells because we ran out of bread yesterday and applesauce and I hate bologna so I will probably eat some mini gherkins & shredded wheat. We have some frozen waffles but we're out of syrup.
