I didn't feel like cooking so we will have Hot Dogs and Chips (really nutritional)

Or possibly Boston Market Pot Pies........

Or send out for Fast Food

Personally I'll have a Healthy Choice something or other since I'm dieting.

Peanut butter chicken stir fry, spicy noodles from the South Beach Diet Book(actually realllly good) homemade rolls, and salad...

I love this dinner!
 
My bf is supposed to be making spaghetti before we do our nightly walk then go to the movies.

He'd better be making spaghetti :) I'm starving and can't wait to get home and eat it!! :)

Chicken and andouille gumbo over rice (SPICY batch!!) and cornbread.

We had meatloaf and last nights leftover stuffed peppers
I'm craving spaghetti sauce, so tomorrow night is sausage and spaghetti night

Amaretto chicken with lemon, twice baked potatoes and green beans. Chicken is cooking right now. One of my favorite, easiest and quickest meals to make. And DD will eat it. She's not much of an beef eater, but she does like chicken.

Weeeelllll...... It was supposed to be nutritious. Grilled chicken with rolls and baby carrots (uncooked, the only way DS will eat them).

Would have helped if I had actually taken the chicken out to thaw....

So that will be tomorrow night's dinner. Tonight I copped out and took the kiddos to McDonalds. DH ate leftover red beans & rice and I'm eyeing the cereal boxes.......
 
I'm making a Pampered Chef favorite- chicken and broccoli bake; diced chicken and broccoli, with cheddar cheese, dill and lo-fat mayo, rolled into a wreath of lo-fat crescent rolls. Yummy. Probably some carrots or salad to go with.
