I'm just improvising with this one (I didn't get the recipe from a book, so I don't mind posting it

). I'm going to take frozen chicken tenderloins (between a 1/2 pound and a pound) and put them in a square glass pan, dump some pineapple chunks on them and pour some sweet honey catalina dressing on top. Then, I'll cover it with tinfoil and bake it at 350 until I can smell it (probably about 30 minutes or so). I'll post after dinner with specifics on times and how it was.

Just making white rice and a pillsbury loaf to go with it (it's hard to find sides for sweet main dishes).
