So what's for Dinner tonight?

Leftover slow-cooked beef, shredded in a Mexican sauce and served in tortillas with shredded cheese.

Wet Burritos (like an enchilada) on a bed of lettuce with pico de gallo and sliced avocado. It was yummy!

We had pasta carbonara with chicken/turkey sausage stuffed with artichoke and mozarrella. YUM! We made the pasta at DinnerDone, a nearby food prep kitchen.


Frito pie sounds interesting. What's in it?

We went out to eat because its our 10th anniversary. Went to the pizza/sub shop---I had a meatball sub and dh had buffet (they make their own sauce, doughs, meatballs). Then, we went to the cafe' a couple doors down and had dessert while listening to a little jazz. I had a chocolate cheesecake and hubby had key lime pie plus we were treated by the owner to a brownie loaded with chocolate.

After practically all day at the surgical center with DH's foot surgery... I just picked up Bobbies from Capriottis... Yum!
