So, what's everyone getting with their 50% off michael's coupon?

I have no idea what to get with it! Maybe that new eyelet setter with the 3 different pieces, or maybe more eyelets..... hmmmm. (glad I can use it tomorrow since my husband is home today ) Also trying to decide which michael's to go to since one never knows where the sniper may strike next.... it's a little nerve wracking here in the metro area. maggie

I have two coupons and am also not sure what to get. I'm thinking about a Mickey punch since we're going on our second cruise. Last trip I borrowed a punch and then ran out.

Be careful down in Va...we're off 29 in Howard County and are very paranoid. DH won't let me go to the gas station. We've had sooo many events canceled and it's difficult for DD. I hope they get this guy very soon!!!

Boy, do I feel for those of you living in the MD/VA area! You know, even though it's happening there, it still gives people the creeps to pump gas here hundreds of miles away! I'm praying that they catch that psycho soon!

On topic - LOL- I used my coupon for a lamination refill for my Xyron. If I happen to go by Michaels later this week when the 40% off coupon is good, I might just pick up some adhesive.

Oh maggie, how awful to be living with that stress. We were just watching it on the news here in the UK -and I have to say it made it seem much more real to me when I found out one of the ladies was shopping at Michaels.

As for the coupon - I don't get to have one but I would really like one of those MM hole punches with the 3 ends, I got to use one last weekend and I was really impressed with it

I went today with my 50 % off coupon planning to buy the small xyron , hubby said for 10.00 more I might as well buy the 500 ! I left Michaels a happy camper . I only started getting scrapbook supplies two weeks ago . I already have my album from CM , the personal trimmer , 2 iris carts ( for future supplies ) , a bag for cropping , a binder for stickers and my son bought me the 1600 peice memory box/scrapbook/sticker set on QVC this weekend also . I just keep standing back and looking at my little scrapbook area with pride . My children just walk away shaking there heads . I'm hooked ! ( add that to my obsession with disney ).

I live in Va and the hold time we were at Michaels today I kept looking around . I pray they find this guy soon . I suffer from migraines ( usually due to stress ) and this constant fear is wreaking havoc with my head . I've had to turn the tv off and just pray . Everybody be safe out there , this world gets a little crazier every day .

It is pretty scary here. I scoped out the nearest Michaels which I thought was safe, but then my neighbor pointed out that the sniper could be blocks away up a hill, so now I'm pretty paranoid about going. Of course, with the coupon I'll probably be convinced to venture out. All of us need to get out though, we're going stir crazy with the kids being inside! Someone has got to find this psycho!!!

I live a bit far out, not near any major roads, so I feel safe in my area but my youngest son works in the Manassas area. He travels quite a bit throughout the day. When your children are young you can keep them near you and maybe you can keep them safe but when they become adults you have to rely on them keeping themselves safe. All you can do is pray.

OT: What day and what section of the paper do you find the Michael's and AC Moore coupons? I don't take the paper at home but we get it at work. I have looked but I have only found

Th coupons came in the Sun Wash Post supplement section. One for 50%, one for 40%.

Might I add, I went to Michaels today and the sniper isn't keeping anyone away. It was packed!!! I bought a coluzzle alphabet stencil. I still need to get the exacto knife. Maybe later this week, then I'm sure I'll need alot of practice.

Went home to get my coupons for Michael's and I couldn't find them. My DH threw them away cause he didn't want me out and about, especially at a Michael's...I pray they catch this guy today!!
This sniper has had me on edge for almost 2 weeks and now he's affecting my scrapbooking!!!
