So, what'd ya eat?

B- Special K cereal, cut up strawberries and Capri Sun
L- Omelet, a brownie and iced tea
D- Mac 'n cheese, watermelon and water
S- Wheat thins and gold fish
 
B-Nothing
L-Chicken Nuggets
D-Pasta
S-Munchkin from Dunkin Donuts
 
Yesterday:

B- eggs, orange juice
L- Chinese food [sweet & sour chicken, and half of an egg roll] , coke
D- leftover Chinese [rice and sweet & sour chicken], milk
S- wheat thins
 

Yesterday.

B - Special K Protein Plus with vanilla soymilk
L - Nothing
S - One of those tiny chocolate donuts.
D - Tacos made with ground turkey, whole wheat tortillas, and lots of veggies. Spicy roasted potatoes on the side. And a salad.
S - One chocolate donut hole.
 
Breakfast - Lucky Charms
Post-workout - "sludge" and french toast
Lunch - two Boca burgers and a pint of B&J's Half Baked ice cream
Dinner - I don't know since we're headed to a hotel now.
 
B- 3 mini pancakes
L- toasted tomato sandwich
D- idk, but I'm hoping for mac 'n cheese :]
 
B - Pancakes.
L - Turkey and cheddar on whole wheat with honey mustard.
D - Ground turkey tacos with baked tostitos.
S - Chocolate almond cookie and later I'm having some banana split icecream.

Uhm, okay, so the diet isn't going GREAT. Oh well!
 
Breakfast - Nature Valley peanut bar
Lunch - White cheddar cheese and pepperoni on crackers
Dinner - BBQ porkchops, apple sauce, and homemade macaroni salad
 
B-Bacon Egg and Cheese on a roll
L-Nothing
D-Chicken Cutlet,Corn on the cob,potatoes and chocolate milk
S-Pretzel Goldfish
 
B-Slim Fast Shake
L-Slim Fast Shake
S-Pineapple and Nachos. (Not at the same time)\
D-2 Turkey burgers and a baked potato.
 
B - Special K Protein Plus with vanilla soymilk.
L - Leftover ground turkey tacos
S - One mini banana nut muffin and a handful of peanuts.
D - We're going to chili's, so I don't know. Probably quesidilla explosion salad.
S - No doubt my mom will want to order the paradise pie thing from chili's.
 
B - Cheerios and milk
L - Pizza Bagel things and iced tea
D - Nothing yet
 
Breakfast - Cheese filled crumb cake and water
Lunch - Nachos and limeade
Dinner - Eggs and Banana bread and milk
Snack - Cheez-its and limeade
 
B - French toast and a Morningstar Farms veggie sausage.
L - Banana.
S - Grapes.
D - Turkey burger with olive oil mayo, roasted red pepper, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on whole wheat with potato salad and sunchips.
S - Lemon cake topped with chocolate almond frozen yogurt and strawberries.
 
B- vanilla yougurt and granola
L- baked mac and cheese, broccoli, grape capri sun
S- baked bbq lays, pink vitamin water
D- morningstar veggie bacon, white rice, diet dr pepper
S- soy fudge bar (it was supprisingly good even though it consisted of no dairy)
 
B - Special K Protein Plus with skim milk
L - Morningstar Farms Grillers on a whole wheat bun with sunchips.
S - Banana.
D - Grilled chicken with potato salad and sunchips.
S - Chocolate frozen yogurt with macerated strawberries.
 
Yesterday.

B - Pancakes.
L - Pineapple BBQ grilled chicken and potato salad.
D - Shrimp lo-mein.
S - Chocolate almond icecream cone.
