So, what'd ya eat?

Breakfast- Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts and a can of monster.
Lunch- Digorno Sausage Pizza and a can of monster.
Supper- Burger King Chicken Fries, French Fries, and a Diet Coke.
Snack 1- Double Stuf Oreos
Snack 2- 2 bowls of Lucky Charms
 
breakfast - a couple of eggs, over easy; sausage links, wheat toast
lunch - pb & strawberry jelly sandwich, choc chip cookies (home made)
dinner - halibut on the grill, red potatoes, yellow squash (also grilled), salad with honey mustard dressing

Lunch: pint of Ben and Jerry's one cheesecake brownie and a tin of tuna
Snack: Scivation whey brownie
Pre-workout: some bbq potato chips and a bowl of lucky charms with skim milk
Post-workout: 7 oz. chicken breast with mushroom marinade and a bowl of cocoa puffs

probably drank a gallon of water today.. I was soo thirsty.

lunch: homemade pizza and limeade
dinner: tuna fish salad on a roll and a snapple
 
all ive eatin in two days is one bowl of cereal and a small sandwhich O.o i have no idea why but im not hungry...i only ate tht stuff cuz my mom made me do it
 
breakfast: chicken tender, milk
lunch: none really...does cotton candy count?
dinner: steak, rice, peas, milk
 
B - Wheat toast and skim milk.
L - Chicken salad one whole wheat with carrot sticks.
D - Turkey dog and tater tots.
S - Dark chocolate ice cream.

lunch: bacon turkey bravo and a frozen lemonade from panera <3
dinner: tuna salad wrap and a snapple
snack: mint chocolate chip ice cream after work
 
B - two diagonal slices of potato bread toast.
L - some mac and cheese.
D - some mac and cheese.
S - pack of reeses.

today was NOT a healthy day.
 
B-One of these sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit things you heat up.
L- A pretzel.
D- Pepperonni Roll.
S-Crunch n Munch
 
breakfast - nothing, i woke up too late.

lunch - pasta bake, salad.

snacks - craisins, 3 corn thins (sundried tomato and fetta cheese flavour), a banana.

dinner - 2 sausages in bread rolls. and then i had some cheesecake :)
 
Yesterday:
Breakfast: bowl of honey bunches of oats and a cup of coffee

Lunch: kids meal at the movies and a little bowl of spanish rice

Dinner: pork chop ( :sick: ) salad and sweet potatoes

Dessert: Mint icecream pie

Today.....................
Breakfast: Mom is making scrambled eggs and english muffin

Lunch: Something simple like PB&J

Dinner: Out to applebees......probably a burger.

L- Turkey Sandwhich
D- Bruschetta

Today:
B- Reeses Puffs Cereal
L- Turkey Sandwich
D- Prolly BLTs

So far today I have had a banana.

Lunch I had a Ham & Cheese sandwich

Dinner I had a Salad with grill tuna on top.
