So, What If Disney Told You.....?

You can have one "splurge" item for your wedding/reception (regardless of custom or intimate) up to $3,000, what would you pick?

This was a hard decision for me, but I'm pretty sure I'd choose an Illuminations dessert party (since I'm only having an intimate, I believe that would more than cover the cost).

What would you choose? Cinderella's Coach? Characters? A super extravagant cake? Something else....?

Anyone can pick something, not just future Disney brides!

I think I would pick having the Mad Hatter Trio there. I love Alice In Wonderland, and am having to seriously talk my DH2B into letting us have them there... if Disney offered to pay for them maybe that would help?

Again, I would choose Cinderella's Coach. I can not begin to describe how AMAZING it was. It wasn't just the ride, but all the people standing around waiting, watching, clapping, taking pictures. It was truly an experience.

Wow that's a really hard question. I love to splurge so for my wedding I plan on having Cinderella's Coach, characters, and private fireworks. My DH2B told me though that if it gets to expensive we would have to cut the fireworks out. So I guess I would choose the private fireworks.

I would have asked if there was any way they could get me Ariel's float from the MK parade or her car from the MGM parade

Ok, since we are really wishing, I want to wish big that is not in the "3000" range. I would love for them to offer me a MK wedding with the coach....That would be my ULTIMATE dream. Did I mention that I would want that for the same price as my weekday custom??? =)

My first thought was Cinderella's coach, but I would also love to have mickey and minnie there. What great pictures!

Since $3000 is the difference between intimate and custom for me, I'd go custom with an Illuminations or Fantasmic reception.

For me it would be the Illuminations Dessert Reception at the Lower UK. It seems like a lot of fun. We are considering it for our Vow Renewal in December.

DD had the Illuminations dessert reception - it was fabulous so I would recommend that. She also had a MK photo shoot and they brought the coach up for that - quite a bit less expensive than having it at the wedding - and the pictures are gorgeous!!!

WOW, I didn't know they'd let you use the coach for your MK photo shoot!! Well I'd definetly want the coach also!! I'm actually going to put it in my budget and see what it ends up being!! I'm sure i'll have to cut it towards the end, but hey i can dream, can't i??

Wow---I really want either the Fantasmic or Illuminations dessert reception (with real fancy desserts, not just the rice crispie treats), but $3000 wouldn't even cover it with the number of guests I have...so I think I would ask if I could use it to have the dessert reception for my rehearsal dinner...and if not, then...I would have lobster tails in my buffet and make-up cosmo for my four bridesmaids and mom and future mil and hair updos for my little flowergirls

Since I was just writing to my coordinator about the MK photo session, I threw in that question to her. I know she will be out of the office until after halloween though. I will let you know if I hear something from her!

I would do the coach I think. Maybe add a character (Mickey, of course!) and pay the difference between the $3,000 and the total cost for both.
