So What Happen at the Stores Today

So someone please tell me what happen today at the stores. I was in the middle of a dental procedure at 10 am so did not get to go.

Were there lines?

Were there crowds?

Were there lots of pins?

Enquiring Minds want to know.

There were PLENTY of pins at my store. They did not get the Bambi poster yet but I got it at another store. Did not make a special trip for it just happened to be there after seeing Beauty and the Beast.

No lines, about 6 people and a whole lota pins, except Bambi poster pin, maybe next week. The lincoln store also had some cute pin sets that looked liked little books one with pooh/piglet and eyorre the other "book" with minnie as bell and cinderella. these sets were 2 pins each for only $7 per set, a good buy, hope for more sets to come.

Arrived an hour or more after the DS opened and there were plenty of pins and no people in line. Asked the manager and he said that a few people from our fall lines had shown up but that's all. Actually, there were only a few pins that i liked so i know that i won't be spending a lot of money!!! LOL

There were about 5 of us "regulars" and about 6 others at opening. Lots of pins available.

It seems that no one got Bambi but that one store in CT. None of the ones in this district got them.

Nice and orderly line. The CM that they have in charge of pins each week is fantastic. He lets has them all ready to go for us.

Then they put them on the rack when we were all done.

Robyn was nice enough to pick me up the Steamboat Willie Pin for me - so I think I am covered for this week.

I might venture over for the next Pin morning and I am hoping that they will be getting more state pins soon.

The pins that were left were all hanging on the racks this evening. A friend wanted the two poster pins, so I got her those two. I saw a few we liked & bought them. We are not planning to buy every pin this time around. By the time the store opened today we were about 2/3 of thw way through our Saturday errands. Weather forecast is for nasty weather tomorrow into Monday, so we got ready inkbounc (just thought I would try that ink bounce thing - we'll see what happens!).

I went at 4:15 pm. My store had plenty of everything except Bambi.They even had some DL returns.

We had about 15 of our regulars at the Columbia, MD store. We traded, had coffee, donuts, lots of fun.

Strange story at our store.....First set of pins never arrived. They had all of the second set. They took our names and phone number for the first set, and the CM mgr said she expected to call us on Wednesday.

I don't think anyone bought all the pins available, but I wasn't paying close attention. The store had plenty on hand of each pin.

I bought the posters for DH, princesses for DD, and Steamboat Willie for the Vice Peachident. Nothing for me. As usual.

I can much more easily deal with this twice a month, instead of every weekend.

My husband stopped at the DS after work (7:30PM) and they had all (except Bambi). No problem. I think only a couple of the regulars went to the store at openning this morning. I'll stop by later in the week to see if Bambi makes an appearance. No stress this time, though I miss our long chats in the morning, we still meet up a couple of Tuesdays a month. I don't miss the hassles with mall security.

Pins didn't arrive. Enjoyed talking with a couple of castmembers and bought 2 sweat shirts on sale.
Couldn't do much cuz my wheelcahir was broken and I was on sticks.

Only a few people were in line at our store when it opened. I was the only one who purchased all the pins that were there (no Bambi). There were plenty of pins and no problems. All the pins went out on the rack and were there even a couple hours later.

We only had a few of our regulars show up. We had all the pins out (except Happy New Year - those sold out last week). We even had Bambi! And I'm pretty sure we're being replenished on the first 8 pins sometime this week.
