So what do you eat the night before Thanksgiving?

It varies. Today I had a craving for roast chicken, so I picked one up at the market for sandwiches. I'll probably be taste testing pies for a few more hours.

Restaurant are just too crowded tonight and we just didn’t feel like dealing with it. So I made chili.

Thanksgiving Eve is “Pie Night” in our family. We have usually around 30 people who stop in. We eat subs, appetizers and then start eating all the wonderful desserts. It started close to 20 years ago. Everyone was always so full after Turkey/stuffing to eat dessert so we started the Pie Night tradition.
