for christmas. i got loads of cds, dvds, chocolate, new clothes, a skype phone.....and a brand new sterrio that can take 3 cds at a time. just what i wanted!

I got a remote car starter! I had asked for one, but dh said NO way, because then I wouldn't go out and start his truck when I go out to start mine.
I was suprised when I opened it!

Well, it's just 6:24 am here, so I am the only one up! Just waiting for the kids to wake up to see what Santa brought.

I got a pair of headphones from DH, an electric teakettle from DH and DD and a pressure washer from my parents (I borrowed theirs last summer so they knew what I needed!). My grandparents all gave me money (I am so blessed to be 38 years old and still have 3 living grandparents!).

Right now my dogs are giving me "peace on the couch" with a quiet and cuddly moment

....oh and my Dad offered to take me and my 2 sisters to SW Florida for 2 weeks in the summer, all inclusive

Just gotta see if we can all get the time off of work, now. And then persuade him to let us fly back from Orlando so we can go to Universal Studios for a few days.

So far a nice wine/gourmet treat basket from my boss. Oddly he (ie I with his credit card ) sent his other direct reports Harry and David baskets--is he trying to tell me something?

I got a cute set of votive candles from a co-worker, and another co-worker made a coat for my dog. I got money from my mom and a 1 1/2 quart saucepan that I've been coveting for awhile now from DH, he gave it to me early because he thought I might need it for something I wanted to make this morning. Plus I know I'm getting a CD I wanted, because DH mamaged to leave the receipt on the kitchen table the other day.

DH and DS are still sleeping, I told DS that I'm walking him up before 10:00 am--he normally sleeps until at least noon on his days off. Ah to be 21 again. I just put a couple of breakfast breads in the oven and am enjoying peace and quiet with a cup of tea.

I am typing on a spiffy new laptop!!! And it is loaded. After I opened my toaster and my chocolate milk mixer I thought my Christmas was done. Then my husband pulled a "Hey, there's another present for Mommy!"

My husband and I just exchanged presents. Doing family presents this afternoon, but here's what I got so far...

Friends seasons 1, 2 and 3. I had seasons 4-10 and hubby said I had to finish off the collection - I hadn't even asked for that so I was very surprised!

I got 4 cd's. My favorite being the Hairspray movie soundtrack! yea!

Tons of books - I love to read!!!

I got Santa Clause 3!! I was totally bugging him the past month to buy me that and he said that he never would and then there it was!!! And I got Cinderella 2 also!

Great stuff so far.

From my girls we got pics they got taken of them. Just perfect, they are so cute. From the hubby, a pearl ring and bracelet, I let my older daughter guide him to them , a gold bracelet, swarovski ornament,down slippers, great chocolates, socks, 2 seasons of Campion(a bbc mystery series with Peter Davidson) and a nightgown.
My wonderful sister who I love dearly, bought me the vera wang bathrobe and a vera wang sweater with big buttons, that I just happend to rave about. She is the best.

And best of all lots of love and good memories. Gifts come and go but love and memories last forever.
