Me either. Stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work yesterday and noticed all the displays for the Thanksgiving items. After the initial disorientation, I snapped to it, boy! I realized I really didn't have the staples I usually have stocked by this time in the season and went to town. Got my Pepperidge Farm stuffing, some Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce (I haven't yet tasted homemade that was actually better, and opening the can is a lot less effort

) my 100 % Pumpkin, some refrigerated pie crusts, 4 Mrs. Smith's pies (2 apple and 2 cherry, in case we go to someone's house over the long weekend, I like to bring a pie), butter, sour cream, flour, eggs.
Have to still buy my produce, chestnuts and Turkey, but at least I got the other stuff out of the way. The fridge already seems too small, lol. Wait until I buy the turkey. Won't be room in it for anything!
Thanksgiving is truly my favorite holiday. Anyone else feel this way? I just love it because it's a time for loved ones to gather and spend time, and have a great feast. It doesn't seem to have gotten so commercial, and is just about family. Know what I mean?
