My daughter has a dance convention in WDW 7/4-7/11. We're AP holders and my Dad is retired military so we usually stay at SOG. Because it's a long trip we're staying at Bonnet Creek for this trip. So, if I want I could book one night, military rate, at a value for 7/3 and go down a day early. If I do this I will be able to book my FP+ with my AP in advance for my whole stay? What's the current news on when/if AP holders will be able to book in advance if ever?

it seems like, at this moment, yes you would be able to book FP+ for your entire trip with just a 1 night stay onsite.

Whether this practice will still be in effect in July is unknown. Some think this is a "glitch" or a "loophole" in Disney's system that Disney will want to close. Others think it will stay...only time will tell. I'm sorry that's not more definitive for you!
