So, tell me about getting a Vero Beach cottage in July at 7 months...

A trip I want to take in a couple of years, I have the points all mapped out, I just don't own at Vero, so I would need to book at the 7 month window.

It's a long shot, but can this miracle happen?

I can't say much about a cottage but it sounds unlikely. We just booked a Deluxe Inn room ocean view at 6 months and there were no true studios left. I can't imagine the cottages would be easier to get. Its always worth a try though. Good luck.

I would suggest renting a "reservation" from a Member with VB points.
I say rent a reservation instead of points because points may get morphed into your home resort.
