I've been checking the TSS website hourly watching the listings, and TWO "perfect" contracts came up just after lunch today.

When we called, they were already taken.

I am so crushed. I can't believe they disappeared so fast.

Call them and tell them what you are looking for and to ntify you as soon as it becomes avaliable but be ready to act fast.... a lot of time they have a list of people so they it is gone before it hits the website

Also, I agree call the brokers and let them know what you are looking for.

We have our info in, but they explained that it's just the first person who sees it posted and calls in usually gets it.

I will hang in there. And I will do some research so that we're not putting all of our hopes into one reseller...

We just haven't looked beyond the TSS since so many people here have had such good luck with them.

Should I just google?

We had that happen to us a few times too. Don't get discouraged -- just keep haunting the sites and sooner or later you will get that perfect contract. May take some time, but I'm sure you'll be successful. Good luck.

I've been watching to,,great contracts and great banked points,,
still call as they will allow you to be next in line if the deal doesn't go through.
I'm starting to believe in fate--wish my property here would hurry up and sell ,,
I'm so ready to buy in.
Are you looking at the OKW 50 and 60 point contracts --if so I hope we don't end up competing against each other
Have faith --it WILL happen -BELIEVE.

Hey, how do you like OKW? That is our resort of choice, though we are also tempted by SSR. They both look comfortable and peaceful!

We are tempted by the extra years at SSR, but love the idea of the two Queen size beds in the Studios at OKW.

Care to weigh in with opinions for me?

I never had any luck getting on a waitlist at TSS either, but others have said they did, so I'm not sure how consistent they are about it. We lucked out once and I was the first to call for a 60 pt. at BWV when it came on. We love that resort and added on later through Disney. What are you looking for anyway?

We never even got an email, though Jerry said we are on the list.

We called within an hour of the listing, and they were already gone. Oh well!

Jamie Lynn Carr is my contact but she knows until my property is sold here I have to wait but she still sends out daily or every other day emails of any new listings.
Well you know they say good things come to those who wait .
Was choosing okw an easy decision for you.? I'm 99% OKW but that 1% is still saying what about the Epcot resorts BC and BWV.
But I figure there's always that disease everyone talks about

On another discussion board they were lamenting how impossible it was to sell their timeshares.

Wisely, I didn't say anything about DVC.

Mostly because I didn't think anyone would believe me, and partly because I'm also tempted by the "schweet" contracts and they already go like hotcakes...

I feel your pain.....really. Got that email listing...great contracts. They are scooped up fast!!!!!!!!
I am willing to be patient...but those were great contracts!

Man I saw those! I called dh at work, but he still wants to tour all the properties before we decide where to buy. Those were great contracts.
