I just want to cry today. We had to cancel our trip this morning.
My DD (2 1/2) has had a cold and has been coughing a lot and I decided to take her in to the doctors since we were suppose to leave on Sat. I wanted to make sure she was ok.
Well she is not. she has a full blown double ear infection with pneumonia. She is such a tricky kid when she is sick because she is still very happy, active and never has a fever. She just has a horrible cough that won't let up This is the 3rd time that this has happened.
But the doctors don't recommend flying in her condition especially with her age. We were flying this Sat to Friday.
Oh well, we will just go later this year instead. I am just lucky she doesn't understand just yet but it was a big family trip and the rest of my family is still going. I am just heart broken since I was the one who planned everything. But her health by far is the most important thing and I am glad that we found out now and didn't end up in the hospital while in Disney.
