So now that the Magic has a concierge lounge, will DCL start offering a cat V on the Magic?

They paid a lot to get this New CL in, they will want to recoup that investment. They will want the current service to bed in and work before extending it.

Interesting. Thanks! I didn't see the other thread. Seems quite reasonable on DCL to extend it as there will likely be cruisers who will pay the premium for the CL. Wonder how long until it is extended….

I certainly hope they don't convert too many of the category 4 cabins. As those are the only non-CL cabins on the Magic that will sleep a family of five, converting very many of them would be an inconvenience to some guests.

If Disney does make this move, what do they do in a situation where a family has already booked a regular category 4 and that cabin is now going to be used for concierge level. I would guess Disney will require them to move, but that seems a little unkind to me.

I find it unlikely that they world reclassify cabins that had already been booked. Perhaps some already have new decor but will remain Cat 4 for 2016. Or maybe there won't be that distinction on the Magic. If the Magic does end up with Cat V I would think DF is correct that they would begin in 2017.
