So Much To Celebrate - LIFE and Sophie Kate!

So much baby news!! Congrats Jenjolt and tinkgurl!! :goodvibes. That is all so exciting!!

Hey do you think fountain wishes would work as well for a husband for me?! :rotfl: if so then I hope someone will wish for me! ;). Last week I had to go for a bunch of tests at the doctor and all he wanted to talk about was how a "nice girl" like me didn't have a husband...

A dumbo/circus theme for Sophie's big birthday sounds so fun! Love it!

I have never tried a husband wish, but we can find out in about three and a half weeks. That is a powerful fountain, though, so you better make sure you have gotten the most out of your single life and are ready to give it up! Do you have any requests, as in 'needs to have a love for Disney things'? :)

For all who wanted to know about our favorite DIStown Doctor Momof2TNboys, I heard from her husband, Jason, this afternoon by text. She had her minor procedure and all went as planned. She is fine. We hope she'll get plenty of rest and be back checking in with us soon. :thumbsup2

Wow! I just saw so many things I want. I really love the Boo shirt. I thing the princess brushes would make cute stocking stuffers for my girls even though they're older.

Michelle will need some big time wishes for babies in a few years. We went to the dr today and he looks like she's going to have trouble in that department.:sad2: She has PCOS.

Lots of interesting merchandise today! A lot of those are things I've never seen before!

I have a question for you as a frequent POP stayer... have you ever seen a Pop Century specific pin? I've seen several for Christmas time or something, but never just a Pop pin like a lot of the resorts have. :confused3

I have to agree with Cynthia - I think you guys show more merchandise in Storybook circus than we did.

All caught and loving every picture of those three precious girls.

I honestly forgot how sick Jill was, but remember her posting it on FB. Jill - so glad you made such a quick recovery. Scary stuff.

Hey MeMom and Jill! Long time lurker here. I started reading a couple reports ago and have gone back and read them all. I love reading all about your adventures! Can't wait to read more! :)

You did head out of MK just in time. I hope everyone stayed fairly dry, just to get back and get into the pool! (well two of you anyway)

Your shopping pictures brought back memories of our fall trip. I forgot about seeing some of that merchandise. Disney really makes Halloween decorations festive and cute!

In preparation for 3 weeks from today, I spent some time with jewels, glue and original mouse ears. You will have to check out FB to see exactly what I did.....:rolleyes1

Once again I love all the shopping pictures. I saw a few things that need to be added to my list to check out the next time at Disney. Pop Century picture shopping is one of my favorite activities.

The big girls are cute coloring and just enjoying being at Disney.

Have a restful and peaceful weekend.

Love the products love the girls more

Lots of fun things to look at, but I don't think I bought anything Halloweenish on this trip. I already had several things from past October trips. I am not a fan of the new, more evil looking Mickey stuff that there is so much of now.

I think the brushes are cute, too! I might have gotten the Minnie one, only I don't need a brush, so I couldn't justify the purchase. :headache:

We will wish for all good things for Michelle. There are many smart doctors and researchers out there every day working on new 'fixes' for all kinds of troubles!

Yes, I have a Pop Century pin. I will see what they have in March, too, and post pictures. The first time we stayed at Pop, there were t-shirts, sweatshirts, coffee cups, travel mugs, magnets, and all kinds of fun Pop things. Now, there is almost nothing. Recently, I have seen only the pin and a postcard that has the Pop sign from out on the road as you first come in.

I suddenly have a sreious urge to go Disney Shopping

Fill your bag with Disney Halloween goodies! The good thing is, there is no checkout here, so everything you are enjoying is free. :thumbsup2

Yep, she was a sick girl. They let us know that the first night. I am so, so glad her body reacted in such an obvious way and we were able to get her to the hospital right away. When my oldest son went through something similar a few years ago, his body was not as 'vocal' about things, and he was suffering in a more quiet way. By the time they got him to the hospital and figured out what was going on, they said that if he had not gotten there, he would probably have collapsed and died in about another two hours. With tears in my eyes, I tell you that I say thank you every day for having both of them still around!

I hope to make a purchase or two for Sophie from Storybook Circus on this trip.

We're glad to have new friends in DIStown! We're glad you are enjoying the pictures and stories. We enjoy bringing Disney fun back home to share with others. :goodvibes

When we can, we let the girls swim in the evenings, as it makes for extremely easy falling asleep. As soon as they hit the pillow, they are out cold!

I have noticed a more sinister Halloween Mickey lately, and I don't really like him so much. I like the sweet, happy Mickey face better.

I will check out your crafts. :thumbsup2

I have been waiting for a day that it was warm enough to get downstairs in the den - where I have been tossing things for weeks - and when I have nothing to do. This is that day. I will be very busy weeding things out and boxing things up, and my den should look much different by the end of the day. Since I brought everything upstairs to the new/old living room (Trent had been using it as a bedroom) the den has now become a storage room. It is going to get some much needed attention today. ::yes::

Glad you enjoyed the shopping pictures. :) The girls love to color, but when they get to use markers, that is extra special, of course. princess: princess:

tinkgirl Very exciting news that your gonna be a Mommy! Congratulations! Your baby is a lucky one to have such a lovely family. I wish you a wonderful pregnancy and enjoy all the baby shopping. :grouphug:

jenjolt Congratulations on the arrival of sweet princess Sophia! I hope she brings you so much joy! :cloud9:

Love all the Halloween merchandise!!
It's one of my favorite things.....get my first look at the new displays and take a stroll through the shop.
Always enjoy those first purchases of the trip!!!
If I know I'm gonna 'have to have' something I go ahead and get it right then and there. :goodvibes

I had so much fun looking at your pics of all the Circus themed merchandise. I actually showed some restraint in there and didn't buy up everything. :rotfl:

marDgreen88 As a frequent stayer of POP....I have seen POP Century Resort Pins that are not seasonal.
Happy Shopping!
I'm sure Memom has some pics in her data base. :thumbsup2

sunnystace I hope you get your Prince Charming! You deserve a good one!

Good Morning! Not very often we are up at the same time. :)

Good luck with your task today.

I have been putting off weeding out stuff in my bedroom for months now. Never find the time or motivation to tackle it.

Won't be this weekend as I have to work today and tomorrow. :rolleyes1

Everyone needs a room to throw things in, then shut the door quick. The problem is when you need something that is in the room. Have fun weeding. You might be surprised at what you find. I have found things I forgot I owned or thought I had lost.

Swimming is a great in the evenings. We ended up swimming almost every night and they love it. I can tell the girls love swimming too!

As always, I love the shopping pictures and see several things I would like....Disney shopping makes me wish $ grew on trees. :)

sunnystace I hope you get your Prince Charming! You deserve a good one!

I mostly did window shopping during the October trip. I got a couple of pins and some bags of candy for my school kids, but I don't think I got much else. Since this trip will be the last WDW chance before all the girls' birthdays, I will probably do a little buying.

I wish I had pictures from the 2005 trip of all the merchandise Pop had then. I wasn't using a digital camera back then, but somewhere I have some paper copies of some fun merchandise.

We need to hook Sunny Stace up with a cast member! :thumbsup2

I have already taken care of two boxes of things I brought home from school. :woohoo:

Drew has the smallest bedroom, so when he moves out, if he ever does, I will make his room a big closet. :goodvibes It will make the rest of my house so much more organized. This is an older house, so the closets are small. There's not much room for storage, and that is a problem when it comes to school stuff and things that we have/keep/make/store for our Disney parties.

I enjoy swimming, too. I wish there was a time I could be assured no one would be in the pool so I could get some non-impact exercise. It would feel so good to swim again!

When you find that money tree, can I have just one tiny branch??? :flower3:

********************************

I forgot to mention that we have some DIS people running the Princess Half Marathon today.
Best of luck to all of them!
:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Will do! All I ask that you name them all after me in some way shape, or form.

Haha, absolutely! Whether it's a boy or girl! I posted on Twitter that I just get super excited about new babies in our DIS community. It's kind of entertaining how it's just as much excitement as the excitement I have for the pregnancies of my "real life" friends too ... or maybe a little more because I know those babies/kiddies will eventually make it to WDW! Haha. It must be so fun to share the news with the DIS family.

My husband is now getting involved with the Disney photography community on Flickr and at The Magic in Pixels. He's starting to really understand how easy it is to talk about online Disney friends who have a common interest! Not that he ever questioned me about it; some of my teacher DIS friends have become his DIS friends too! All of this really helps us deal with the fact that we had 3 trips in 2012 and none planned for 2013.

At first glance, Everything Pop seemed kind of small to me. When I took the time to actually look around, I was finding things in every nook and cranny! I love how quickly they change some of their merchandise while other things are still available trip after trip. That means there's always something new to buy (or "buy" via taking pictures!).

Good morning everyone! I am finally waking up from my surgery. I found out that I have adenomyosis. Sounds fun, right? I just hope going through surgery and taking care of adhesions will help.
I just love all the merchandise they have at Everything Pop. I need to go there and look around this next trip.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

DH and I are off to Disney on Ice today. My birthday was yesterday. I am watching Kelly and Michael at MK on the DVR to get me even more excited. :goodvibes.

I go MIA for a week come back and we are already on page 12! So excited to read about Sophies 1st trip :)

I will be visiting the fountain in March. Who wants to be 'blessed' next??? :scratchin

Me Me Me :yay: Of course since we will be foster parents in November we probably will get pregnant then lol isn't that how it always works out ;)
