I was just thinking about you! Did they come this weekend? Does FedEX deliver on veterens day? now that I have mine I can't wait for everyone to have theirs too! (isn't it sad I just am TOO excited about this!!! You would think it was my first cruise not the third in 18 months- I want to live on the ship! Thats it! I will leave DS and DH and become a CM!!.... 26 days 26 days!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, not yet! I'm betting they'll be here before the end of the week, though. I'm not worried, they'll get here. I'm more concerned about ever finding the time to get organized for the holidays and then pack!

I usually send them out the day after thanksgiving (yes I am organized) but thought it would be fun to mail them on the way to the airport this year. I got Disney Christmas cards so it will be cute. Can't wait to hear when you all are all set with your Doc's!

You're good, Ann, we stopped sending Christmas cards the year we started doing December vacations (fiour years ago). It just got to be too hard to keep up. At least I have done the majority of shopping for my daughter and husband (thank God for online shopping!) and that stuff should all be here before we go.

DS's santa gifts are bought, co-workers and MIL/FIL will be purchased on the cruise, DH and I just buy what we want on the trip for ourselves so Christmas is all set. Unfortuneatly (or fortunately as it allows us to afford the trips) DH is a magistrate so we need to send christmas cards to the other judges etc,,, just the thing to do. But I am done, wrote out 50 cards today, addressed them so one less problem to deal with! We will put the tree up (artificial) before we leave. Ho ho ho.,. christmas is done!

No, we haven't got them yet! Bummer here! My goodness Ann you are certainly more organized than I!
I keep thinking I need to get christmas cards sent etc before we leave and then something comes up. I still need to try and get everything packed, but that probably won't happen until two nights before (if not the night before).. I, of course, have everything thrown into the guest room...just all in a heap! We were trying to find our motorola radios for a atv trip this weekend and everything got trashed worse since they (naturally) were at the bottom of the heap! LOL
I still need to buy a dress for formal night too! DH just ordered his suit coat, and I need to find one for ds. (sigh)

Ah well, I am sure Michelle and I will see those lovely docs this week. I think FedEx delivers tomorrow, just not federal mail. (wishful thinking anyways!)

AnnMorin, I wish I was more like you! I totally forgot about Christmas cards, and haven't even started my shopping for the holidays yet! I have an excuse though - MIL had back surgery 3 weeks ago, so we have been visiting her every day at the rehab hospital, encouraging her to get stronger since the cruise is only 3.5 weeks away (she will be with us).

I am still trying to clean every closet in my home and write down all information on how everything in my home works for our housesitter. You never know when she might forget how the microwave works! I also am thinking of painting the hallway where all the finger marks and other messes are, straightening the linen closets, and cleaning out my Tupperware drawer so the housesitter doesn't think we are messy. My husband thinks I am obsessive, LOL.

Maybe when my documents arrive, something in my brain will kick in and I will become more motivated and finally start getting things done. After I dance around the house in joy, of course!
