I am happy to report that Cynthia has made a schedule with park hours and tentative ADRS as well as when we might fit in a tour. Melissa has graciously agreed to make our ADRs since she will be the first to arrive.

The Disney butterflies have started
My flight lands around 12:30 and I will be staying at Kidani....I have two friends meeting me...one of them will actually be on my flight from DC to MCO as she lives in Arlington the other is flying in from Jersey and will land about 1/2 hour after me so I figure I will wait for her too

Immediately after check in I plan to head right over to Epcot and track down C and Melissa I think Epcot will be the perfect meeting place seeing that it IS Food and Wine

Woo hoo! DH and I leave on Monday the 18th! I'm freaking out a little now! I have a lot to do between now and then and a little bit of Mommy guilt is starting to creep in!

C and I are going to keep in touch and hopeful see each other several times over the week! There will, of course, be slushies!! C, myself and DH are also supposed to meet for lunch at Via Napoli on the 23rd and then meet up with Tracy!

We come on the 24th!

I am finally up to date on your PTR ladies! The plans all sound wonderful and the BC ist the most perfect location for your trip! I am all excited to hear about your choices for ADRs - I hear that Cynthia cand't leave the planning (even though she claimed that this was going to be a trip with little planning?) and is organising the ADR planning?

Christine, I would love to read an introduction from you as well! I really liked to read about everyone who is going on this trip and see your pictures!

Tracy, you really are very sweet to take on these horrible chores for others like having a slushie and visiting the ditch!

That's probably overstating it lol! Definitely a group effort. Although there were a few frenzied emails while we got crazy out of the box...and then reigned ourselves back in.

Besides, as the non DVC owner, booking rooms is almost totally out of my hands (though I did book Mary Ellen and I's night at the Dolphin) so it gives me something pointless (HA HA) to do!

Did you see the announcement about "new" hours at DTD? 8am-1am in the marketplace "common areas." So does that mean the stores are open that late? Or just that you can walk around and buses are running that late?
