I fail to see how these companies are any different than the supposed criminals on the street. No way the effect is any different for the average person wanting to get that great ticket at face value.

So do all the Damone's in the world just need to get a business license now?

It is not scalping if it is a licensed ticket broker. Never has been as far as I know in any state.
