Is Disney saying, essentially, if you don't use the Best Rate program you will not receive any AP discount?
Wow... that sucks. :cold:

So, those of use going at a later date, better book, huh?

I am not giving up hope yet but I am also not holding my breath either. I think that if there isn't anything released the old way by next week it is going to be the best rate only.

I find it co-incidental that they reduced the booking requirement to 60 days or less the same day FL resident rates were released. To me this was is huge clue.

Nothing official yet. I'm watching this all closely because I need to book a room prior to checking in to my DVC stay in early Feb. I was just going to wait and call in for "whatever" is available, but now will have to see if call-in AP rates are even going to be an option. I can certainly use the BR program since we are long time AP holders, but with snow and storms in early February in the North, I wanted to keep my options open to cancel if I need to without a penalty.

With the 60 days booking rates not bad. Pops $59 a night in early Dec. :Pinkbounc

We are FL residents and annual passholders. I just booked a FL resident rate for Nov, and the cast member told me that AP rates may still come out. If they are better than FL resident, I can switch. So, maybe they will release them.
