Nat: Got to the airport (Philly) thursday 6M-----Got to my room at DIZ next day 4:AM. I could have walked down faster. Usually 2 hr. 15 min. flight.

Left DIZ on time Sunday night---Got in on time, but----Captain got on the pipe and said "Can not get up to the gate ; baggage carts in the road.

What next ????? Captain, now irrated after 20 minutes said that they were trying to get someone to get the Jetway up to the door of the plane.

Got home 3AM----Right now I do not know what day it is, or worse is it day or night.

Nat,
I know what you are talking about but I don't think we are exhausted, I think it is pin withdrawal. I woke up at my usual Disney time, 6:30. Couldn't fall back to sleep, I had gotten myself into Disney time and that takes a few days to get out of the system.
I did some housework because although the 4 men I left home are capable, they just can't seem to do any housework. What a mess I walked into.
Then for the rest of the day I just dragged. If I was in WDW I bet I wouldn't have been so tired. Peggie

I know where you are coming from Nat! So the only solution I could come up with was to go back this weekend. Am I NUTS or what!!!

Peggie, you hit the nail right ont he head!! We slept in today, packed the car and drove to Naples and I feel like I haven't slept in 10 days! If I was still at WDW, I 'd be hobbling around happy as could be! Or at least hanging around the table at DTD trading away!!!!!

Guess I'll be tired till my next visit....

I can sympathize Nat.

We got in around 10:50pm on Tuesday. The drive home from the airport , about an hour, was the icing on the cake. Left the bags in the car - including the pins. Slept til noon - got up unloaded the car and went back to bed!!
I am at work now and am leaving early. And I still haven't sorted through my pins.

You guys had it made you drove to the airport and went home. I had to get in my car Sunday night and drive to Orlando on I-4 it took me 14 hours, then I had to find the house it took 2 hours... then I realized the bank had repoed the house because I spent two months mortgage on pins.

Had to find a new place to live, could not credit cards maxed in order to buy pins. Went back to Disney and fell asleep on the monorail.

Got up went to work on Monday found my company was sold in order to pay the ebay bill (more pins).

Broke down sold my one of kind Mickey in drag pin to the Enquirer, for $230'000 and now I'm off to buy pins.

In short Nat I'm beat, but was able to move at lightning fast speeds when the false rumor of a mystery pin at WDW surfaced at 9:00AM on Tuesday.
