so if your FP time to meet Ana and Elsa is at...

But, what if you hate FAQ links and obviously don't have the time to read them?

Then nothing, mesaboy2. In the time we've spent discussing "what ifs", we could have all memorized your informative and selfless thread! You can please all of the people some of the time and some of the people...

This is incorrect. It was envisioned from the start as a selfish attempt to get TOTY as the first step in my megalomaniacal quest to dominate the known universe.

Pete doesn't advertise this, but I won an Infinity Stone. Just 5 more to go!

We just returned from WDW and had a 4:40-5:40 with Anna/Elsa. We showed up about 4:45 and walked almost straight into them. We didn't wait for more than 1-2 minutes.

Or, in the time spent discussing, if you knew the answer, you could have just answered the question instead of directing to a different thread. General you, of course.

A potentially devastating faux pas. ;)

Yup. Coulda been Princesses and guests strewn all over the floor!

Might have taken 15 extra minutes just to set everyone back upright, and thrown this whole
"how long does it take" scheme WAY off.

A valid point. But from the early days of FP+, a simple question with a simple answer would often lead to other simple questions with other simple answers and so on and so on. This is what makes for the genesis of a useful FAQ. My hope is that referring people to it heads off the additional questions that we have all seen hundreds of times before.

In the last couple of weeks, the OP has asked a number of questions answered in the FAQ. Its unfortunate length is a byproduct of the FP+ system being so complex. I have referred them to it before. But it is apparently easier for them to post their FAQs individually in multiple threads and not bother with reading the long FAQ. That's fine, but frankly I could have done without the snark and backhanded compliment. To paraphrase Col. Jessup, I would rather they said "thank you" (or nothing), and be on their way.

It is easier and quicker to post questions individually in the forum.

I don't believe I said otherwise.

I have evolved the posts over time to make it as easy to digest as I know how. If it takes longer than 5 minutes or so to find any particular answers than there is room for improvement--which I am always open to.

But when it comes to FP+, the same questions get asked over and over. Why not have all the answers to those questions in one spot?
Most of the answers are all in one spot. It doesn't mean people are forced to read them.

People need to learn to use the resources that are available to them. So ignoring the FAQs that people work so hard on, out of their own time and without any sort of compensation, is just sad. It does not take all that long to look at the FAQ and read through it.

4:10-5:10 and assuming you get there right on time, how long is it actually taking to meet and be through with the line?

We walked right in this past week. No waiting at all. However, you are rushed right along. While we were standing, waiting for our turn, the cm told us if we wanted an autograph we needed to have our book opened to a blank page and the pen ready to go. It was a very quick visit, a hi, a hug, a picture, and you were pushed (quite literally) along. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of time and attention.
