I avoid peeking in my closet these days. It is on my list of things to do. I have a mountian of shoes in there but I have only worn my crocs since I got them last spring. Now I need a pair with no holes for the snow to get in.

I currently have about 8 pairs of shoes in my closet.

Not into shoes any longer. Had back surgery and now I avoid glamorous shoes. Takes the fun totally out of shopping for them! Probably have about 30 pairs right now but many are out of style. Don't even care!

My mom, however, has over 300 pairs and all are glamorous!

I'm not even sure, probably between 50 and 60 pairs including flip flops and slippers and such. Of course my old, manky, gross Keds that are only used for dirty outdoor chores live in the garage--should I count them?

I have about a dozen pair of "business" type heels that I am not currently wearing, my office is business casual at best. I don't want to get rid of them just yet, as I'm not 100% sure I'll be at this job in 6-9 months, and it would cost $$ to replace them if I needed to. If I'm still here in a year, I'll give most of those (and most of the suits they go with) to Dress For Success--keeping one or two pair just in case.

I also need to go through and pitch out half a dozen or so pairs of sandals and flip flops that have seen the end of their useful life.

I have 3 in my closet, the others are everywhere else, front door, back door, hall closet, work. DD12 wears the same size and I think she has about 4-5 of mine in her closet.

AHAHAHA!!!!! Sounds like my pile by the door between the garage and the laundry room. I finally got smart and bought a cute small covere wicker hamper type thing to chuck them all into until I get around to putting them away.

You wouldn't find any shoes. My shoes are all over my house, just not in my closet. I'm not organized at all. But I do have way too many shoes.

To be quite honest with you I can not tell you. If I told you it would be like admiting I have an addiction...see my tag.

I can tell you I have close to 30 pair of sneakers, and all look brand new

I also have 15 pair of winter boots- again, all look brand new

We wont discuss my boots with heels, or teva sandles, or crocs, or loafers,

I did at one time a few years back donate 4 black trash bags full of shoes to a local drop in center....and that was about 1/16th of what I have total.

My theory is I can gain weight, lose weight doesnt matter, my shoes always fit, so if they're a 7 1/2 and i like em I'll buy em...

please dont ask how many pair of jeans i own either

I have two pairs of tennis shoes, one pair of black dress shoes and slippers. I don't like to buy shoes. I don't like to buy purses either. I buy one and carry it until it dies. I'm just not a normal woman!

I won't go near my closet without a construction worker's hat. I have my closet dedicated to my winter shoes, the closet in our guest room dedicated to my summer shoes, our den dedicated to my flip-flops and my door to my room dedicated to my Chuck Taylors. And I won't bother mentioning where my high heeled shoes are. Well, at this point, I doubt I would find them all.

You'd be looking in closets at home, at school, the entry way at home, and the floor at school because I can't fit many shoes in my closet. Case in point, when we rearranged our room a week ago I found a pair of flip flops under my bed that I'd forgotten about
Here at school I have

3 pairs flip flops (one for the shower)
1 pair of boots
1 pair of sneakers
1 pair slippers

I have no idea what I have at home but there are at least 3 pairs of flip flops there (have to have a variety of colors), 2 pairs of sneakers (there may be more than that) 1 pair of heels, 3 pairs of dressy sandals, 2 pairs of black dressy shoes to wear with black dress pants, and a pair of granny shoes that I had to have for a summer program a couple years ago. There may be some that I'm forgetting about too
