...and it was fun since I hadn't been to one in a while. (For you MA area ladies it was Right at Home in Attleboro) I didn't "need" anything but I wanted to see the new Basic Grey line Kioshi - since we have a male siamese named KiYoshi and I wanted to do a page or two with the line. Well, it's not a very MANLY paper line but I'll try to make it work. :)

That store has a ton of stuff! Wish I had a photogenic memory so I could use all the ideas I saw - I am not very good with originality. I did ask if I could take a picture as I wanted a store one for my "Take a picture a day" shot and the woman working the register kept saying "I don't see anything!" so I could have taken project pictures if I wanted. As another woman in the store said while we were talking - it's not as if you are stealing anything - you would probably buy the materials to copy the page you saw. True.

And for the locals - has anyone taken a class from the store?? It's not too bad a ride for me (under a half-hour I'd say) so it wouldn't be too far. I'm getting more adventurous now that the weather is getting better. :)

I bought some paper, the latest issue of Rubberstampmadness, a blue marker, 2-way glue, and a blank cardboard album with paper that will fit it - fun stuff. :thumbsup2

I LOVE that store.... it is about 5 minutes from my MIL's house. But they are closed on Sundays now (at least they were the last time I checked) and that is the day I am most often at my MIL's, so I haven't actually been inside the store in about a year. Too bad... it used to be a nice diversion when visiting!............P

I love that store!!! Dh works right near there.
Lots of stuff in there. I took a couple of classes when I first started
scrapping.
I'd love to take another. ;)

I don't live anywhere near there, but just wanted to add that you all were right. If you do take pictures- generally you would buy the stuff to make the page. So they should be happy about it, the ones that I have been to don't mind if you take pictures as long as it's not a class. I always take my camera to the LSS's around here. :thumbsup2

oh my gosh we were SO close to that on our way back from the cape! DRAT! Now it will be a YEAR before I get back there :(

ON the other hand, Lovingthemouse and I stopped - well, we tried to stop at the scrap store in Sturbridge, but she'd gone out of business - was there peeling the credit card stickers off the door - but apparently sold out to someone else who is opening in a nother location (near TJ something or other) with a different name. I guess it is open, but they were closed and gone somewhere to a crop.

Then we went to Palmer - What a NICE little store - she had a little bit of everything - including some hard to find Kaisercraft stuff, and the divided page protectors.

This is an awesome store...they have a lot of great classes and a lot of ideas as well. Another thing I love is that they do classes on Sundays as well, which sometimes just works better for me! We drove past it on our way home from the Cape as well (it is only like 2 miles off 495), but we were shopped out!

I love that store as well. They have a pretty good selection of stuff. Whenever I make a trip to Wrentham I make a stop there as well. Those trips are a little rough on my pocketbook.
