So, I sit down to scrap today for the first time...

in several weeks. I've already cropped the pics, everything is ready to be put down on the page. I get my tape runner, and nothing. It's empty. Sure, I gut about 2 little notches on the back of the pic, but that's not going to help at all.

I get in my bag because I know there's a refill in there, but I can't find it. Dig through all of my bags, and I still can't find it. I KNOW it's here, I remember buying it, but I can't find it.

I called my CM consultant, and I guess I'm going to go get another refill when she gets home. Until then.......

That's a drag. I have been almost obsessive about being sure I always have some kind of adhesive. For a while I was picking up a new Zig glue pen every time I was at Walmart, whether I needed it immediately or not. Now that I've got one in use and three still in their packaging, I think I can stop now.

My ATG 714 is on the Fedex truck for delivery today. I am hoping I ordered enough tape that I won't need to restock until 2009!

I found it!! It was in the bottom of a bag it shouldn't have been in. Oops. Of course, she's bringing me another one this evening on her way into town, but that's ok, I'll have it when I need it.

I did have a Zig pen, but I never use those for pictures, only letters from my Sizzix and Cricut.

I had everything all set out and ready to go to a crop the other night and ending up not being able to go.

It's not fun when you're all ready and excited and have everything and then you can't scrap after all. And the fact that my 3 week old baby had RSV and had to be in the hospital sucked worse than missing the crop.

The baby is much better now. He still has a cold (running nose, cough), but he is breathing ok and doesn't need oxygen. It's just nice to be home. Being in the hospital is no fun and you can't get any sleep. Speaking of which, it's off to bed for me!
