I'm waiting for ROFR right for for a HHI contract I really want. The problem is, the contract was a steal, and though I feel like it may be the deal of the century, I wasn't sure it would pass ROFR.
So, today I called the broker. Paperwork has already been signed and sent for ROFR. We now have an addendum to the contract. I upped my offer by $3 per point.
I now feel like I may pass ROFR. And, I'm told the family is very happy. Without giving too much info. This family has LOTS of kids. To the point that the family needs to rent a Grand Villa for a family trip. My broker said they are thrilled because they need the money, and my upping my offer was basically money falling from the sky for them.
So, I'm glad for both reasons that I'm spending MORE money. Hopefully, Disney will now let me slide....

Good for you. My brother and his wife have 5 and will always need a least two rooms. Hopefully it will pass ROFR and you will be blessed with your purchase as they are with the sell.
