So I have a question about age and universties

I am just starting community college on Monday at age 22. I plan of transferring to either University of Florida or University of Central Florida in 2 years. By that time I will be 24. How often are there 24 year old freshman in a major university like that?

You won't be a freshman, but a transfer. Anyway, I'm 25 and finally in my last semester.

I am almost 29 and graduate this year. I don't know if you qualify for a "non-traditional student", but you might. This basically means you are not 18. But it is very, very common.

i am starting community college as well but not untill january. i'll be (gasp) 23 at that time.

I'll be 30 when I graduate in May, and I go to classes with 18 year olds, 25 year olds, 40 year olds, 50 year olds, and even one crazy curmudgeon in her 70s. You will fit in just fine.
