So I finally saw Twilight, the movie, today...

My mom and I love twilight and my mom is taking me to the twilight convention in Minneapolis for my birthday this summer.

lol

i didn't hate it but it doesn't deserve all the hype it got. i enjoyed it though, mostly. the special effects were pretty lame and the sound effects when edward went in the sun? i laughed. the book was better.

and sonya, i agree. emmett was pretty hot ;)

I saw Twilight in theaters with my friend and I've seen it a few times after that. I like it wayyy better than I like the book. And the movie was better than I expected it to be. It's not the best but it's definately not the worst. I just do not understand the obsession people have with Twilight itself. It's not the greatest thing. It drives me crazy hearing a lot of my friends obsess over Twilight and how many times they've read each book and what not. O.o But that's just me. . .

I saw it the day it came out. Unfortunately, that's the day Bolt came out. I feel horrible because I talked a guy friend of mine out of that and into Twilight.

I now wish I had said "Screw Twilight, I'm going to see Bolt" because Bolt is a much better movie.

I hated it so much. My running commentary throughout the movie was: "Awkwaaaard.....creeper....awkward....creepy...awkward...awkward....awkward". Kristen and Rob just....didn't click on screen. There was no depth to their characters are all. They were very static.

As for the rest of the Cullens...Screw Edward. Give me his DAD!

I agree. When a movie Miley Cyrus is in is better than an extremely popular book series adaptation, you know something's wrong.

Kristen and Rob are so awkward and stoned. It was hard to watch.

I am a HUGE Twilight fan. I love the book but that movie was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Bad! I mean Edwad is cute but Bella Is so annoying what is with the blinking thing and blowing insteid of breathing! It also just seems to me the actress who plays her is just a really ***** in real life and it shows through in her acting. In the book she is a little more happy and postive and like can't look away from edward and in the movie it's like she is depressed all the time and does not even look at him like she even likes him she's kind of like whatever about him. The Medow scean in the book is really good b/c that when there getting to know the other and talking I love it in the book when he is asking all those stupid little questions but in the movie they barly get to know each other and suddenly there in love.

I hate to be negetive but it really was a horrible movie. The book was much better. The acting was just HORRID and the sets were the opposite of what the book described. I thought the actress(kirsten stewt?) who played Bella was pretty good but I hated the fact that they had her frowning and with her mouth open all the time. Robert Pattinson was pretty bad as Edward. His acting was horrible and I'm pretty convinced that he was hired solely for his looks. I'm actually glad to know that I'm not the only one on the planet who didn't like the movie!
