I just checked the southern ca ap blackout dates and they are blacked out the last 2 weeks of April.Although reg ap's are not. Our trip is the last week of April which is also a low spring break time. Do you think crowd levels will be good then?

Check touring plans.. From what I've heard there pretty correct

Easter is April 24 this year which is probably why the AP's are blocked. Even though most spring breaks will be over by then, I'm sure Easter would be a busy time.

Not sure that's a low spring break time since it's the week following Easter. Disney usually blocks the AP's when they are expecting heavy crowds. Last year was supposedly crazy the week before and after Easter. Sorry! But best to be prepared.
