Happens a lot to me. I don't know about the towing, but the breaking down and sitting there for 5-30 minutes happens all too often.
It happens often enough that I make sure I pee before I get on the monorail. Learned the hard way when running behind to meet friends at LTT. All I had to do was ride from Poly to MK...took about 45 minutes. That's 45 minutes after I knew I had to go but put it off for just a few minutes because I was late...
Never again.
People, pee BEFORE you get on the monorail!!!
