Or maybe just a different one. Is there an app or some other way to take ALL your vacation reservation information (resort, flight, dining, etc) off the WDW site and easily combine it into a standard calendar formatto import into Outlook/Google/iCal?

If not, someone with those talents could make a few bucks making something like that.

I copy and paste all my info into an excel spread sheet.
everything.
all the times for parades, fireworks, emh, my dinner reservations
my flight info with all confirmation #s
i carry my spread sheet with me - print out and email to my phone,
this has worked for me for the last 10 years.
it takes some time... but I have a workbook that i just keep adding to every time I go....

I use an app called TripIt. You enter all of your reservations from airlines to food and it makes an itinerary for you that you can print or just look at your phone. It will always have your current day ready for you to view. I thought it was great and plan to use it again this year. Before we left, I printed a complete copy of the itinerary and it gives you everything you may need to show desk people and it's all together organized. I then used my phone to keep up with dining. It was great.

Another vote for Tripit. I use it for all my trips (not just Disney) and it is so convenient.

Tripit is wonderful. I have the app on my phone and use it on my computer all the time.

From the WDWInfo - Parks Hours and Show Times (lists all opening times, parade, and fireworks by day) - I cut and paste the days that I am going to be there into excel, then I add my dining reservations to the bottom of each day. I also add phone numbers etc to the back. I put on a large flash card and laminate, then throw in my backpack. Even though my family loves making fun of me for laminating it, they are always asking to see it.

I also use Tripit...but I love my card..
